I would like videos of reality shows (or similar) where the hostess is naked, and where there is an audience present. So doesn't fit.

I wish I could give you numerous video links as I love the idea of this thread. But I have no idea of reality shows in mainstream worldwide entertainment with this concept.
However, I will give you one video. This is not really a reality show but an awards show that happened in early 2020 (pre-pandemic) called Zulu Awards. The hostess, who was also the host of the Danish version of Naked Attraction, came up to stage completely naked except for a painted Z in her vagina. She was greeted with a standing ovation by the audience. Then, she had a monologue for almost 2 minutes before another host gave her the black coat.
